Well, it took me long enough. As you can see by the dates on this T-shirt quilt, they have been sitting in my sewing room since at least 1982.. This is a quilt for my husband from some of the conferences, events, workshops, etc, he attended. He worked for USDA for 36 years and collected lots and lots of t-shirts. I liked how it came out. I may look around and see if I have any of my own. This is a very cozy quilt. I used cotton backing and Hobbs 80/20 batting. Did a little quilting and it was finished. Why didn't I do it sooner??? I also backed each t-shirt with a lightweight fusible to give it some body.

great t-shirt quilt for hubby. Aren't you excited you finished and get to move on to another project.
I am very happy to see another project finished. I keep looking in my sewing room and there are more and more UFOs. Do they reproduce?
